 PJ's Foods is a sandwich manufacturer and distributor based in Glasgow. They produce approximately 85,000 to 90,000 products per week including sandwiches, sandwich-type products, pasta salads, salad bowls, hospitality platters and the assembly of bespoke packed lunches bags. PJ's supply to a wide selection of organisations including universities, schools, the NHS and sporting events. They operate from a purpose-built high-care / low-risk factory employing 85 staff locally.
