IFST is the leading professional body for food scientists and technologists. We have an active and growing membership base (now over 3300 members).   • Ecotrophelia – a ‘Dragon’s Den’ style new product development competition run jointly with Campden BRI as the UK heats leading to an EU final. IFST Independence

IFST is grateful for the sponsorship of our Corporate Supporters  To maintain our independence, IFST welcomes corporate supporters across multiple organisations on a non-exclusive basis and represents a wide scope of the food sector.   We limit the value of sponsorship from any single Corporate Supporter and the acceptance of sponsorship does not influence our decisions or affect the independence of our outputs. Our finances are published in our publicly accessible annual report.
