IFSTAL, a learning community and interactive resource designed to improve postgraduate level knowledge and understanding of the food system, has released a policy document that focuses on building capacity in the food sector.
As food systems have evolved over recent decades, the document discusses how IFSTAL can help address systemic problems across the food sector such as lack of sufficient skills in its workforce.
