IUFoST releases its latest Scientific Information Bulletin on Free Access to Scientific Information and Research

The International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST0 has released its latest Scientific Information Bulletin (SIB) on Free Access to Scientific Information and Research.

One of the inhibitors to research in food science and technology (FST) in some countries is access to literature. Fortunately, primarily through the United Nations, several websites have been developed to provide free access to scientific literature.

The purpose of this Scientific Information Bulletin is to provide links to these websites. The information contained in the publication is taken directly from the websites themselves.
