The Advisory Committee for Social Science (ACSS) of the Food Standards Agency is holding its third meeting in London on Tuesday, 2 April 2019.
The ACSS was established in April 2018 to implement a key recommendation from the Triennial Review of the FSA’s Scientific Advisory Committees. Its purpose is to provide expert strategic advice to the FSA on its use of social sciences.
The meeting will start with updates from the FSA and working groups, including a presentation on the review of the Food and You Report. It will also cover:
- Reflections on the last year
- Propositions for projects for the year
- Assuring social science in the FSA
