The Food Standards Agency (FSA) is seeking views on the authorisation of the use of alternative systems for the disinfection of cutting tools in abattoirs and game handling establishments.
The purpose of this consultation is to seek views on the FSA proposed authorisation process and associated documents.
The closing date for comments is 12 January 2018.
