Would you like free entrance to the IFST Conference?
IFST is looking for students to support the IFST team to deliver a great conference experience on 27 April.
We would like you to help with the following tasks:
Pre-event promotion:
• Sharing our conference social media graphics and messages at #IFSTSC23
During the event, you will be assigned 2-3 tasks as below:
• Welcoming and greeting attendees
• Manning the registration table
• Answering questions from attendees throughout the event e.g directions to facilities
• reserving and holding spaces for speakers and VIP guests
• Managing distractions (doors opening and closing)
• Supporting the speakers and exhibitors
• Microphone running during the event
• Putting together the attendee welcome bags
• Taking photos during the event and posting at #IFSTSC23
Post-event conversations and engagement:
• Sharing our post events article, photos and content
You will recieve a free student ambassador t-shirt. Help deliver a memorable and informative event.
Of course, you will have a chance to listen to the talks, ask your questions and network with IFST members during lunch.
We will brief you in advance and of course this experience will be a great addition to your CV!
