EHEDG is welcoming poster submissions for the EHEDG World Congress on Hygienic Engineering & Design 2018 taking place between 21 and 22 November 2018 in London.
It its 5th edition, the event will be again a summit in hygienic design, food safety and technology topics.
The congress programme will deliver you an insight into a variety of topics presented by internationally recognized EHEDG experts. It will be centered around the subject areas of materials and new techniques, economic aspects of hygienic design, sustainability, open food processing as well as cleaning and hygienic systems integration in food factories.
