IFST is delighted to announce that pre-registration for our forthcoming event – The Food Innovation Forum – is now open! This event will take place at IFE Manufacturing, located within the ExCeL Centre in London, on the 25th of March 2024.

This unique forum contains all the ingredients to make food innovation work - and will contain key learnings for businesses, entrepreneurs, and key stakeholders from across the food system.

We need food innovation, with a greater range of challenges facing the food system than ever before. Imagine a planet nourished by resilient crops, personalised nutrition, and eco-friendly practices. Why attend the IFST Food Innovation Forum?

We are delighted to confirm that we are working in collaboration with IFE Manufacturing to bring you this unique opportunity alongside the IFE Manufacturing Conference Programme 2024.

2024 is a special year in the lifetime of IFST, as we celebrate 60 years since our foundation in 1964. This event forms part of a unique programme for 2024, which aims to both celebrate our role as the leading professional body of scientists and technologists in the food system, while also recognising the challenges facing the food system and looking to the future, and our role in inspiring and empowering future generations. 

Our conference schedule is both educational and practical; we will explore the day-to-day challenges around food innovation, the how and why of innovation, as well as looking to real-world solutions and deployment.

Our speakers come from across the food industry and include leaders from policy, technology, academia, and international organisations.

All attendees will recieve a CPD certificate, which you will be able to add to your CPD record on the IFST system.
