IUFoST is has extended the abstract submission deadline for poster presentations for the 19th IUFoST World Congress taking place between 23-27 October in Mumbai, India.
With the focal theme ’25 Billion Meals a Day by 2025 with Healthy, Nutritious, Safe and Diverse Foods’, the event aims to bring together researchers, academics, professionals, policy makers and food scientists to cover the latest advances in our understanding of food in all its manifestations like food safety, food security, regulations, innovations in food processing, hygienic design and engineering, frontier areas in food science & technology, novel food products, markets and consumer preferences and much more.
The closing date for submissions is 31 May 2018.
