We have started a new project on food risk management systems with the aim to produce a leadership paper outlining the critical elements of a risk management system that the food industry, as a whole (from farm to retail), can support.
If you attended our Spring Conference (SC18) this month, you may have stopped by the posters we had up to showcase the project and to seek feedback on the critical data that we would expect such a system to collect (poster 1 and poster 2).
