The Food Standards Agency is seeking views on the draft Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.
The Regulation 2018/213 regulates the use of Bisphenol A (“BPA”) in varnishes and coatings that come into contact with food and in plastic food contact materials.
The closing date for comments is 26 June 2018.
