Condensed Milk and Dried Milk Regulations Northern Ireland 2018

Food Standards Agency in Northern Ireland (FSA) is seeking comments on the draft Condensed Milk and Dried Milk Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2018.

The draft Condensed Milk and Dried Milk Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2018 aim to consolidate the Condensed Milk and Dried Milk Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 (the 2003 Regulations) and the Condensed Milk and Dried Milk (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland() 2008 (the 2008 Regulations).

The draft Regulations will remove out-dated references to the Food Labelling Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996 (FLR) and introduce improvement notice provisions for non-compliance.

The closing date for comments is 29 January 2018.
