EFFoST is welcoming oral and poster abstract submissions for the 32nd EFFoST International Conference that will take place from 6-8 November 2018 in Nantes, France. The theme of this year’s conference is Developing innovative food structures and functionalities through process and reformulation to satisfy consumer needs and expectations.
