A technical and general interest visit.
Meet IFST Eastern branch and learn about the making of jams and other sweet spreads at the Hain Celestial site at Histon near to Cambridge. This site has a history stretching back to the thriving early traditional old English orchards of Cambridge and of Jam manufacturing using then, local fruit and sugar supplies. Still a sustainably sweet success story in 2025.

Factory tours and technical visits are organised by business owners on a goodwill basis. It is important to all of us at IFST to maintain that goodwill.
