Registration for this year's Binsted Lecture is now open! President of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), Sean Leighton, Global Vice President of Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Affairs at Cargill will be delivering the lecture as part of an evening reception at the Food and Drink Federation Headquarters.
This event is a collaboration between IFST, IFT, the Food and Drink Federation, and Campden BRI.
2024 is a special year in the lifetime of IFST, as we celebrate 60 years since our foundation in 1964. This event forms part of a unique programme for 2024, which aims to both celebrate our role as the leading professional body of scientists and technologists in the food system, while also recognising the challenges facing the food system and looking to the future, and our role in inspiring and empowering future generations. We are especially delighted to be able to work with other leading organisations from around the world, and emphasise the sense of collaboration which remains so strong in the food system.
All attendees will receive a CPD certificate, which you will be able to add to your CPD record on the IFST system.
