Overview

The conference will offer a range of talks from academic leaders in chemical engineering from across the UK covering the theme of 'Engineering Sustainable and Nutritious Foods'. The morning speakers will be complemented by a tour of the chemical engineering facilities at the University of Birmingham, and wrapping up the thoughts with a panel debate focussing on what we should be doing to achieve the UK Food System needs.
