RSSL are an advanced food testing laboratory housed on the University of Reading Whiteknights campus.
The visit is aimed at any IFST member interested in food testing using advanced techniques, and also educating University students. The visit usually begins with a presentation on the work of the laboratory followed by a tour of some of the facilities of the laboratory.
The staff at RSSL will be presenting and explaining the laboratory facilities and techniques.
Target Audience:
The visit is open to any IFST members and any Food Science/ Nutrition students, who may or may not be members.
Please note there are limited numbers for this visit.

Factory tours and technical visits are organised by business owners on a goodwill basis. It is important to all of us at IFST to maintain that goodwill.
